摘要
目的：观察和探讨新型抗精神病药物阿立哌唑的不良反应与护理。方法：对50例住院的精神分裂症患者给予阿立哌唑治疗，观察其不良反应和护理，并采用不良反应量表（TESS）于治疗前及治疗后1、3、6月末进行评定；并用精神病患者护理观察量表（NORS）3次评定。结果：50例中有24例发生不良反应，发生率为48．00％，主要表现为：锥体外系不良反应、静坐不能、头痛、失眠、焦虑、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐等，个别患者发生精神症状加重；我们用精神病患者护理观察量表（NORS）3次评定：第1个月总分平均数为105±7．5；第3个月总分平均数为76±8．6；第6个月总分平均数为70±9．3。结论：阿立哌唑不良反应少而轻，具有良好的安全性、耐受性和治疗依从性；治疗效果第一个月最差，随着治疗时间的延长精神病患者护理观察量表（NORS）总分明显下降。

Methods：The schizophrenia patient is hospitalized which to 50 examples gives aripiprazole the treatment, observes it not good to respond and to nurse, and uses the side reaction meter （TESS） and treats latter 1 before the treatment, 3, at the end of June carries on evaluates; And nurses with the mental patient observes the meter （NORS） 3 time to evaluate. Results： 50 examples has 24 examples to occur not good responded that, the formation rate is 48.00%, the main performance is： Outside the cone is the side reaction, sits in meditation cannot, the headache, lose sleep, anxious, the anorexia, is disgusting, vomits and so on, few patients have the mental symptom to aggravate ; We use the mental patient to nurse observe the meter （NORS） 3 time to evaluate： The first month total score mean value is 105 ± 7.5 ; The third month total score mean value is 76 ±8.6 ; The sixth month total score mean value is 70± 9.3. Conclusions： The aripiprazole not good responded few and is light, has the good security, the tolerance and the treatment compliance; The treatment result first month is worst, lengthens the mental patient along with the treatment time to nurse observes the meter （NORS） the total score obviously to drop.
