摘要
目的:探讨用正性强化疗法对男性慢性精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法:以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症男性患者50例,随机分为研究组(25例)和对照组(25例),分别采用正性强化疗法和常规护理,疗程3个月。并用《护士用住院患者观察量表》、《精神分裂症阴性症状量表》和自制正性强化疗法观察量表,于研究前及研究后3个月进行评定。结果:研究组用自制正性强化疗法观察量表和《护士用住院患者观察量表》于研究前和研究后3个月进行比较有显著性差异,而对照组无差异。干预后3个月两组比较,《护士用住院患者观察量表》的社会能力、个人整洁、激惹、迟缓、总积极因子分、总消极因子分、病情总估计等项目评分有显著性差异,而《精神分裂症阴性症状量表》各项评分无差异。结论:正性强化疗法能改善男性慢性精神分裂症的康复。
Objective:To explore role of the positive reinforcement therapy to chronic schizophrenia rehabilitation. Methods: 50 male chronic schizophrenics with predominately negative symptoms had been divided into experiment group and control group randomly for 3 months. The experiment group was treated with the positive reinforcement therapy, while the control group only received the regular nursing process. Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation ( NOSIE ) , Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms (CANS) and Self - Made Observation Scale for Positive Reinforcement Therapy (SMOSPRT) were used to assess the two groups both' before the trial and 3 months after it began. Results : The experiment group the difference was significant in the Self - Made Observation Scale for Positive Reinforcement Therapy and Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation, while the control group the difference was no significant in the Self-Made Observation Scale for Positive Reinforcement Therapy and Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation before the trial and 3 months after it began. Between the two groups, the Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation indicates that there was significant difference in the items: social competence, personal neatness, irritability, retardation, total negative factors, total positive factors and estimation of diseases, there were no significant difference in the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms 3 months after the trial began. Conclusions: The positive reinforcement therapy could improve chronic schizophrenia rehabilitation.
