摘要
钢结构技术是建设部近期重点推广的十大新技术之一,民用住宅建筑的钢结构体系是一种绿色环保的新型结构体系。通过对多层及高层住宅建筑钢结构体系的组成、特点、适用范围、材料选用、设计原则及其在国内的典型工程应用的介绍,分析论述了这类建筑体系的技术经济综合效益。
Steel structure technology is one of the ten new technologies recently being emphatically advocated by National Construction Ministry. The steel structure system of civil residence building is a new type of structure system regarded as green with environmental protection. This paper introduces the steel structure system composition of multi-story and tall-story residence building, its feature, its applicable range, its material choice, its design principle, as well as its typical engineering application in China. The paper also attempts to analyze and discuss the comprehensive technical-economic profits of this type of buildings.
