摘要
将自制新型超分散剂用于重质CaCO3的表面改性,研究了不同溶剂化链段分子量及不同改性体系对CaCO3/PE复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:硅酸酯型超分散剂对1250目重质CaCO3的改性效果较好。经过改性的CaCO3填充PE复合材料在不降低拉伸强度和弯曲强度的同时,可以显著提高材料的韧性。
The heavy calcium carbonate was modified by self-made new type hyper dispersants, and the effects of different molecular weight of solvent chain and different modified systems on the mechanical performances of modified CaCO3/Polyethylene composites were studied. The results showed that the silicon ester hyper dispersants had better modifying effect on the heavy calcium carbonate with 1 250 mesh. The toughness of the modified CaCO3/Polyethylene composites was improved meanwhile the tensile strength and bending strength weren't decreased.
