摘要
为了科学评价公共交通乘客的出行信息接受水平,分别从信息传递和信息搜寻的角度,对公共交通出行信息进行了详细分析。将信息理论运用于解释出行信息的传递过程,建立了出行信息传递模型。运用信息熵理论将乘客接受的出行信息进行量化,提出了评价出行信息接受水平的具体方法。以实际调查数据为依据,运用该方法对公交乘客的出行信息接受水平进行评价。结果表明,该方法可从乘客认知角度评价出行信息的接受水平和出行信息的传递状况。
In order to properly evaluate travel information acceptance level of transit passengers, this paper analyzes travel information particularly from two aspects of infor mation transmission and information searching. Based on information theory, a travel information transmission mod el is established. Then the paper elaborates the approach to evaluate travel information acceptance level, which is quantified by using information entropy. Based on survey data, the approach is applied to evaluating travel informa tion acceptance level of transit passengers. The results indi cate that the approach can be used to evaluate travel infor mation acceptance level and transmission quality of travel information from the angle of tripmakers＇ perception.
