摘要
一条中国特色自主创新之路,首先是教育的自我创新之路。地方高校如何走出一条自我创新与培养创新型人才的发展之路,从目前来讲,应该关注和处理好四个问题,即坚持以科学发展观为指导,遵循高等教育发展规律;坚持以地方经济社会发展需求为导向,突出自身办学特色;坚持以学科建设为龙头,大力培养高水平师资队伍;坚持以夯实基础为立足点,奠定开拓创新的坚实基础。
This paper discusses on how local universities can explore developmental ways for self-innovation and professional development. Four issues are currently proposed to be considered in terms of the main topic and the author＇s opinion. Namely, pursuing scientific development as guidance and following high education development disciplines; pursuing local economic development as guidance and highlighting the characteristics of the university; pursuing subject construction as leading work and improving teachers＇ high-quality professional proficiency; and steadying solid foundation for education innovation.
