摘要
学习实践科学发展观,必须坚持以领导干部为重点,并通过这一抓手不断增强学习实践科学发展观的自觉性、坚定性、科学性、主动性、示范性和长期性,以全面提高各级领导干部的素质和能力,进而实现科学发展观理论武装和实践指导的伟大作用。
To practice the scientific development concept, it must carry on that take the leading cadres as emphases, and constantly reinforce the nature of self-consciousness .perseverance ,science ,initiative ,demonstration and long-period of the scientific development concept , so as to promote the quality of the leading cadres at the various levels , and further actualize the great functions of the scientific development concept theory arm and practical guidance.
