摘要
由于目前铁路工程造价越来越低,竞争加剧,因此铁路施工企业在确保施工进度、施工安全、工程质量前提下,只有进行施工统筹安排和项目成本管理,才能合理控制项目成本。结合工程实践,从分析当前铁路施工企业项目成本管理中存在的问题及创新必要性入手,提出铁路施工企业工程项目成本管理创新原则。
Railway building down, more and more low-cost, increasing competition, the railway construction business in ensuring the progress of construction, construction safety, quality of the works under the premise that only construction on the co-ordination arrangements and the cost of the project management thinking innovation, scientific organizations, construction and reasonable control of the project cost railway construction in order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness and viability.
