摘要
艾滋病患者应该享有公民权利和一些特殊的社会权利,这既是一种法律的要求,也是一种伦理的要求。但是目前,艾滋病患者的权利保障问题并未受到足够重视,他们中的大多数都面临着社会排斥的尴尬处境,这种状况带来了社会道德的诸多困惑。只有正确认识并切实保障艾滋病患者的应有权利,才能在全社会树立正确的生命伦理观,彰显以人为本理念,维护社会伦理正义,促进社会文明进步与和谐发展。
In light of the legal and ethic considerations, AIDS patients should have the right as a common citizen and some other special rights from the society. But at present Not enough attention has been paid to AIDS patients. Instead, most of them are in the predicament of being excluded from the society. This has brought the social and moral confusions. Only by understanding and protecting their rights and interests can we build up correct life ethic concept, highlight the people -oriented idea, safeguard the social ethic justice and thus promote the social civilization and harmonious development.
