介绍了40万t/aPVC装置实现废酸零销售、零排放的工艺原理,流程和操作技术。实际生产运行情况表明,该技术结束了合成水碱洗岗位产生废酸的历史,实现了循环经济,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The process principle, flow path and operation technology of zero discharge and zero sales of waste acid of 400 kt/a PVC equipment were introduce. The technology is the end of waste acid production in alkali washing process of synthesis procedure. The circulation economy was realized, and the economic profits and social benefits were obvious.
