摘要
针对重钢氧气转炉冶炼原料条件较差的特点，进行了优化造渣工艺的工业试验、对双渣留渣法操作的冶金特征、工艺规律及脱磷、脱硫效果等万面进行了研究。
In view of the poor BOF smelting conditions in changqing iron &. steelgroup corporation，the industial experiments on optimization of slag forming are carriedout．The researches on metallurgical characteristics，process law and effects of desulphurization and dephosphorization when using double slag and slag—remaining also undertaken．
