摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对新型香料烟(Aromatic tobacco)及其亲本进行酯酶和过氧化物同工酶酶谱比较分析,结果表明,在后代株系的酶谱中检测到了父本和母本酶带,从而证实了远缘杂种一代中,有父本药用植物的遗传物质存在。
In the experiment polypropylene gel electrophoresis was applied to analysis differences of new spices aromatic tobacco and parents generation for (EST) and peroxide enzyme. The results showed that zymogram of posterities accompanied with some enzyme band of male and femal parents, which confirmed that hybrid generation contained genetic material of medicinal plants of a male plant.
