摘要
根据EST法的基本原理,利用虚拟仪器技术,构建一种基于LabVIEW软件平台的直线度测量系统。介绍了虚拟测量仪系统的构成和测量原理,详细讨论系统的硬件组成和软件设计,可以实现数据的采集、处理、保存以及数据曲线拟合。
Based on the LabVIEW software and EST （error separation technology）, this paper introduces the general structure and measure principle of a measuring device for straightness. It discusses on the realizing method of system software and hardware module in detail. It can realize data acquisition, treatment and saving, and show the curve fitting of data.
