摘要
信息化是我国新农村建设的重要内容。由于经济基础与社会环境的差异,农村信息化建设不能一刀切,需要根据实际情况制定切合自身发展的道路。从权变模型及发展动力模式的角度对农村信息化进行了较为全面的思考,根据环境维度中的村民素质和农村信息化基础设施状况两个维度提出了农村信息化发展动力模式权变模型,定义了该模型的内涵,阐述了发展模式的演变途径及该模型的使用方法,对我国农村信息化的建设提出了一些建议。
Information is an important part of China＇s new rural development. Due to the differences of economic and social environment, information technology in rural areas is not a single solution. According to the actual situation,it showld carry out the proper model of rural development. This article carries out a more comprehensive thinking from the contingency model and the development of perspective momentum mode of information technology in rural areas, puts forward a two-dimensional information-based development model of power contingency model, definities the model＇s content, describes the evolution of development models and ways to use the model, gives some advices in China＇s rural informatization construction according to the environmental dimension of the villagers and rural quality of the information technology infrastructure in rural areas.
