摘要
无论是发达国家,还是发展中国家,凡是受市场经济支配的农业,农业合作社都是一种重要的制度安排。对于农业合作社的产生及其本质,新古典经济学、交易成本经济学和博弈论都进行了深入的理论分析。而对理论研究进行评述,可以揭示农业合作社的一些制度特性。
In both developed and developing countries, agricultural cooperatives represent an important institutional form in agricultural sector which is dominated by market economy. As for the emergence and nature of agricultural cooperatives, neoclassical economics, transaction cost economics and game theory compete for giving a theoretic explanation. Based on a systemic review on theoretical study of agricultural cooperatives, this paper aims at understanding the institutional essences of agricultural cooperatives.
