摘要
目的探讨直肠癌术后发生直肠阴道瘘(RVF)的治疗策略。方法回顾性分析1995年1月至2008年1月收治的9例直肠癌根治术后RVF的肿瘤临床情况和手术方式、RVF的临床表现和诊治经过。结果行横结肠造口和回肠造口后直肠阴道瘘均顺利愈合。结论直肠癌根治术后发生直肠阴道瘘应首选近侧肠道去功能性造口,局麻下回肠造口值得推荐。
Objective To analyse the treatment strategy of rectovaginal fistula（RVF） following resection of rectal cancer. Methods The data of 9 cases with RVF following resection of rectal cancer were retrospectively analysed,including clinical setting and operative modes of rectal canser,clinical manifestation and diagnosis and treatment course of RVF. Results RVF were all healing after transverse colostomy or ileostomy. Conclusion RVF following resection of rectal cancer should be treated dysfunctional ostomy of proximal intestinal tract,and it is believed that ileostomy under local anesthesia is the best mothed.
