摘要
人际关系对企业员工的工作和生活有着很大的影响。通过运用修订的《员工人际交往中的自我情绪归因问卷》和艾森克人格问卷的中国版简式量表(EPQ-RSC)作为研究工具,考察了员工在人际交往过程中的自我情绪归因和人格的关系。结果表明员工在人际交往中的自我情绪归因倾向性主要视预期、压力与放松;而且EPQ-RSC分量表与各归因因子的相关显著。因此,员工在人际交往中应更注意保持适当的期望水平,并通过自己的意志力、忍耐心等品质克服过度的情绪反应。
Interpersonal relations have much to do with employees' work and daily life. This research investigates the research object, investigating the relationship between self-emotion and personality in interpersonal relations association. The resuhs show that the employees' self- emotion is related to the following seven factors: expectation, stress and relaxation, body state, reward and goal realization, environment and emotion of others, attitude and evaluation of others and fortune.
