摘要
在经济全球化环境下,企业自主创新能力的提高备受国内外企业和政府的重视。在比较当前现有文献和国家统计局经济景气监测中心发布的《中国企业自主创新能力分析报告》所设计的两套评价指标体系,及调研上海市479家规模相当且有着自主创新经历的企业的基础上,从企业自主创新流程和自主创新方式的角度给出一套评价模型,并应用一种全新的算法(EAHP)求解模型。提出的模型和评价方法,可以为企业自身进行自主创新能力诊断分析提供参考工具,从而找出影响企业创新能力的关键因素,也可以为政府部门评价企业自主创新能力提供参考。
Under the economy globalization environment, enterprises and governments from home and abroad give more attention into improving the capability of self-innovation for enterprises. Firstly comparing the two set of index system of current available document and Economic Monitoring Center of National Bureau of Statistics announcing 〈Chinese enterprises capability of selfinnovation analysing report〉 and surveying 479 enterprises from Shanghai city which is equivalent scale and has the experience of self-innovation, in view of enterprises independent innovation process and way, introduce a set of valuation model, and apply a kind recent algorithm （EAHP） to solve the model. The model and valuation method suggesting in the article, which can help enterpsises find out the key factors by the diagnosis and analysis of the capability of self-innovation, can also provide governments with the reference implement when appraising the enterprises capability of self-innovation.
