摘要
通过测定植物叶片中硫的含量可监测空气中SO2的浓度。简述了用氧瓶燃烧——硫酸钡比浊法测定植物叶片中硫含量的实验方法。通过测定标准系列溶液和试样溶液的吸光度,绘制标准曲线,用内插法在标准曲线上求得样品中硫的含量。
Determination of the sulfur content in plant leaves can be used to monitor the concentration of SO2. The method of combustion of oxygen flask-the employment of barium sulfate turidimetry to determine the sulfur content in plant leaves. By measuring a series of standard solutions and the absorbance of sample solutions, rendering the standard curve, the sulfur content of samples is obtained by interpolation with the standard curve.
