摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠的彩色多普勒超声声像图特征,了解彩色多普勒超声在子宫瘢痕处妊娠诊断、鉴别诊断以及监测治疗效果中的意义。方法:回顾性分析2000年1月～2007年12月我院诊治的13例剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠病人的超声图像、治疗及预后情况。结果:剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠具有特异的彩色多普勒超声声像图特征,彩色多普勒超声可监测经甲氨蝶呤治疗后瘢痕处妊娠物二维图像及血流信号变化情况。结论:彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠的早期诊断具有重要意义,而早期诊断和及时治疗能减少或避免大出血的发生,并可有效地监测治疗效果。
Purpose： To investigate the color doppler ultrasonic imaging characteristics and its value in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and monitoring the clinical effect of pregnancy in cesarean section scar. Methods： Retrospective analysis was made on ultrasonic imaging, treatment and prognosis of thirteen patients with pregnancy in cesarean section scar from Jan 2000 to Dec 2007. Results： Pregnancy matter in cesarean section scar has specific characteristics on the color doppler ultrasonic imaging. The color doppler ultrasonography can monitor change of 2D image and blood - flow of pregnancy matter after treatment by MTX. Conclusion： The color doppler ultrasonic is necessary to enhance the early diagnosis rate of pregnancy in cesarean section scar. Early diagnosis and timely therapy can lower and avoid the incidence of massive hemorrhage.
