摘要
介绍了PLC在炭素煅烧炉自动上料系统中的应用,给出了控制系统的要求及总体结构,系统以PLC为核心控制器,使上料系统从传统的手动控制改为自动控制,实现了生产工艺的要求,达到了理想的自动控制效果。
The application of PLC in material feeding system of coke calciner was introduced in this paper , and the requirement of control system and general structure were given. The system takes PLC as the central controller, and makes the material feeding system replaced by the automatic control from traditional hand control, which can meet the production process requirement and get the ideal control effect.
