摘要
纵观政治经济学(politicale conomy)的发展,政府和市场的各地定位和相互作用的争论一直处于发展经济学研究的核心①。20世纪90年代以来随着东亚经济崛起,一种新的理论范式开始主导该领域的研究议程②,这就是良治政府理论。这种理论认为由于东亚各国普遍把经济高增长放在首位。
Based on the theoretical framework of developmental state and its debate with other theories of political economy, the author discusses the Macao＇s experience as a developmental state and the new challenge imposed by the CEPA. It is argued that Macao will have further economic breakthrough if it can diversify and strengthen its competitive clusters, and re-build its institutions for market governance along the international rules.
