摘要
目的:观察复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法:对30例(32只眼)眼睑痉挛患者行复方樟柳碱注射液患眼颞浅动脉旁皮下注射。结果:30例中治愈23例(25只眼),好转7例(7只眼),随访6～12个月,治愈患者无一例复发。结论:复方樟柳碱局部注射简便易行、安全有效,无明显副作用,可作为治疗眼睑痉挛的首选治疗方法之一。
Objective ：To study the clinical effect of compound anisodine injection in the treatment of blepharospasm. Methods：We studied 30 blepharospasm patients （32 eyes）who were injected with compound anisodine injection subcutaneconsly around superficial temporal artery. Results： In 30 patients,23 patients （25 eyes） were cured,7 patients （7 eyes） showed improvement. Followed up 6-12 months, no case of recurrence in patients cured. Conclusion： Compound anisodine local injection is a simple, safe and effective, no significant side effects, It is one of the best methods of treating blepharospasm.
