摘要
明代是中国封建社会监察制度发展过程中的重要时期,其许多做法仍然对今天有重大的借鉴意义。本文试从《明史.职官志》的历史记载中对其监察机构的构成、职责、运行原则等方面作一初步的考察。
Ming Dynasty was an important period in the development of supervising system of feudal society of China. Many of its practices are still important for us today. This paper is to give an elementary analysis on some aspects such as supervising body, functions, operating principles from the historical records in The Official History of Ming Dynasty .
