摘要
十七大报告首次提出"生态文明"这个概念,这是我党执政兴国理念的新发展,是为广大人民群众谋利益理念的重要体现,是我们党在新的历史条件下提出的一项新任务。在新的历史时期加强生态文明建设,具有深刻的必要性和艰巨性。必须从思想和行动两个层面加强生态文明建设。
The conception of the ＂ecological civilization＂ was put forth for the first time in the political report of the 17th Congress of the Party. This is the new idea for governing and rejuvenating our country, and also a new task for our Party in the new historical conditions. In the new historical period, it is of great importance and difficulty to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization. The construction of ecological civilization must be strengthened from the prospective of thought and action.
