摘要
中国经济在经历持续的高速发展之后,城乡之间形成了差异巨大的二元经济格局,这种格局给进一步发展带来了障碍。统筹城乡、消除城乡差距问题已经成为中国经济发展过程中不得不解决的问题。统筹中国城乡发展要遵循经济发展的规律,要考虑时代的背景和具体国情,还要注意到城乡统筹不能等同于城市化,认识到农村的重要性、服务业和金融业的重要性以及城市的重要性,要深刻认识城乡统筹的真正内涵,把握其实质。
After continuous rapid development of China＇s economy, big dual economic situation appears between urban and rural areas, and this situation brings barrier to further development. Overall urban-rural development and wiping out urban-rural gap have become an inevitable issue in the process of China＇s economy development. Overall urban-rural development should follow economic laws, consider era background and China＇s reality, distinguish urbanization from overall urban-rural development, recognize the importance of countryside, service industry, financial industry and cities and should recognize real connotation of overall urban-rural development.
