摘要
治疗四肢手术误伤的周围神经49例52条。其中桡神经23例，尺神经9例，正中神经4例，臂丛神经1例，正中神经和尺神经同时损伤2例，正中神经和桡神经同时损伤1例，坐骨神经、胫神经与腓总神经各3例。分析了四肢手术时误伤神经的主要原因，并提出了手术中保护神经免受误伤的若干相应措施。
49 patients with 52 nerves injured due to the operations on extremities were treated from June 1978to Dec. 1995. They were radial never injuries in 23 cases, ulnar nerve in 9, median nerve in 4, brachial plexus in l,both median and ulnar nerves in 2,both median and radial nerves in l,and sciatic, tibial and peroneal common nerves in 3 respectively. Causes of injury and the regional pathological changes found in the reoperations were presented in detail. Negligences and 1iable errors that might happen in the daily operations, as the authors stressed.Meticulous care to keep the nerves intact and avoidance of injury were of utmost importance.
