摘要
食管义齿异物在临床上有其不同于其他异物的特点：患者一般年龄较大，就诊时间早，发生原因特殊，义齿异物多存留在食管上段，主要症状为疼痛，吞咽困难，并且容易合并感染。在诊断明确手术取异物之前，应全面了解义齿异物的形状和状态，充分估计患者的一般情况，正确选择手术器械和麻醉方法，注意术中特殊情况的发生，认真对待及处理并发症。在食管镜下取义齿失败后。
Denture in esophagus is different from other foreign bodies in esophagus clinically. The characteristic features are as followsaged patients,early consaeting,special caures and in upper eocatin of esophagus .The main symoptoms are pain and difficult swallowing. Infection is usually complicated. Before operation, the type and form of denture should be thoroughly observed, and the patients general condition should be examined. Proper anesthesia and operative instruments should be carefully choiced. Complications must be treated in time.If the operation with esophagoscopy is unsuccessful, other method must be tried,at once.
