摘要
本文研究了超声波处理阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)溶液后溶液性能的变化及其作为纸张增强剂对纸张强度性能的影响。研究结果表明,超声波处理后,CPAM溶液的粘度随着超声波功率的增大及处理时间的增加而逐渐降低。随着超声波处理时间的增加,CPAM溶液Zeta电位逐渐减低;相同处理时间条件下,超声波功率大,其Zeta电位更低。不同条件下超声波处理的CPAM溶液对纸张强度性能的作用效果有较大的差别,其中400w处理14min后的CPAM对纸张增强作用效果相对最好,当其用量为0.1%(对绝干浆)时,纸张抗张指数提高了18.1%,耐破指数提高了18.8%,撕裂指数略有提高,但幅度变化不大。
In this paper, effects of ultrasonic wave treatment on solution properties of CPAM and its reinforcing effects on paper were studied. The results showed that viscosity of CPAM solution decreased with the increase of ultrasonic power and treatment time. With the increase of ultrasonic treatment time, Zeta potential of CPAM solution gradully reduced; Under the condition of same treatment time, Zeta potential of CPAM solution was much lower with the increase of ultrasonic power. Effects of CPAM pretreated with ultrasonic waves on paper strength have obvious difference. When ultrasonic power was 400w and treated time 14min, the CPAM had considerable reinforcing effects on paper. As the dosage was 0.1 wt. % (based on oven dried pulp), 18.1% and 18.8% increases in tensile index and burst index were obtained respectively compared to the control sample, tear index also increased but not significantly.
