摘要
综述了组合化学的起源、发展历史及原理；介绍了化合物库建立的基本方法；同时重点阐述了组合化学的研究进展及其在药物、催化剂、材料等领域中的应用情况，并对组合化学的发展做出展望。
This paper gives a review on the origin, development history and theory of combinatorial chemistry, and introduces the basic methods to establish compound library. Meanwhile, it emphatically in- troduces the research progress of combinatorial chemistry and its application in medicament , catalyst, material, etc, and prospects the future development of combinatorial chemistry.
