固体氧化物燃料电池阳极基底预烧温度的研究

摘要 采用固相反应法制备阳极支撑型固体氧化物燃料电池的阳极基底.由于制备温度不同,导致阳极基底在与电解质共烧结过程中收缩率不同,电池出现形变.为了消除这种形变,本文改变阳极基底的烧结温度,使阳极的收缩率与电解质的收缩率相匹配,得到了阳极的最佳预烧温度. Anode substrates of anode - supported Solid Oxide Fuel Cell were fabricated by solid - state reaction. Due to the different fabricating temperature, the shrinking rate of anode was unmatched with that of electrolyte, and cells appeared deformations. In order to avoid the cell deformation, the sintered temperatures of anode substrates were changed, shrinking rate of anode substrates matched with that of electrolyte, the optimal sintered temperature of anode was got.
