摘要
目的观察慢性心力衰竭伴正常甲状腺病态综合征在常规治疗基础上短期加用小剂量甲状腺素的疗效。方法将20例慢性心力衰竭伴正常甲状腺病态综合征者随机分为常规组和治疗组。常规组予慢性心衰常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用小剂量甲状腺素，连续4周后，比较两组疗效。结果治疗组心功能改善情况好于常规组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05，两组心率改变无显著性差异，P〉0．05。结论慢性心力衰竭伴正常甲状腺病态综合征短期加用小剂量甲状腺激素有助于改善心功能。
Objective The clinical study of thyroxin used to increase in chronic heart failure with normal thyroid sick syndrome when conventional treatment. Method 20 patients with chronic heartfailvre and normal thyroid sick syndrome were randomly divided into two groups , treatment and group. The control group was in conventional but the treatment group was conventional treatment and low-does thyroxin. Consecutive four weeks, the effects were compared between two groups. Result On heart tonetion improved ,the treatment group is better than control（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chronic heart failure with normal thyroid sick syndrome with short-term increase in thyroid hormones help to improve cardiac function.
