摘要 为了综合治理电气化铁路给电网带来的低功率因数、高谐波含量和大负序电流的问题,改变目前仅通过补偿无功功率来提高功率因数的现状,提出了在每个牵引臂安装一套晶闸管相控电抗器与固定电容器相结合的静止无功补偿器,通过对整个变电站无功功率的综合控制来提高功率因数、稳定电网电压、抑制谐波并改善负序电流;同时分析了该静止无功补偿器的拓扑结构和无功控制的数学模型及无功计算。在怀化供电段涟源牵引变电站的运行结果表明:装置投运后功率因数从0.8提高到0.96,不平衡度由原来的20.43%下降到1.81%;谐波和负序电流都有较大程度的减少。实践证明,基于无功控制的动态无功补偿方法可改善牵引网的电能质量。 A novel control strategy of static var compensator(SVC) is proposed to solve the problems of traction suostation's power quality, including poor power factor, harmonic pollution, and negative sequence current. The proposed control strategy can not only improve the power factor and bus voltage, suppress harmonic, but also decrease the negative sequence current. The topology of compensation system and mathematical model of real time reactive power compensation control in the traction substation and the calculation of reactive power are discussed in detail. The scheme is tested in Lianyuan substation of Huaihua. The results show that the power quality is improved form 0.8 to 0.96, the asymmetry degree is decreased from 20.43% to 1.81%, and the harmonic and negative sequence current are decreased largely. The field running results prove that the proposed control method can effectively resolve the power quality of electrified railway.
