混凝-SBR法共基质条件处理还原段DSD酸生产废水的研究

摘要 对还原段DSD酸生产废水的处理进行试验研究,提出了混凝-SBR的处理工艺,并确定了相关的最佳运行参数,即混凝阶段硫酸铝投加量为100mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺投加量为10mg/L;SBR反应器中共基质葡萄糖投加量为40mg/L,水力停留时间为6h,pH值为7。还原段DSD生产废水通过混凝沉淀,大大降低了后续生化处理负荷。并在生化阶段,利用共基质原理有效地提高了该废水的可生化性。在最佳试验条件下,在进水COD、NH3-N的质量浓度分别为620、125mg/L,色度为200倍时,COD、NH3-N、色度的去除率分别为84.8%、91.5%和90%。 Based on the experimental research on the treatment of wastewater from deoxidation section of DSD acid production, coagulation-SBR process was proposed and the related optimal operation parameters were determined as follows: the dosage of aluminum sulfate, Polyacrylamide during the coagulation section were 100 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively, the dosage of glucose used as cosubstrate in SBR reactor was 40 mg/L, the HRT was 6 h, the pH value was 7. Coagulation treatment of wastewater from deoxidation section of DSD acid production could greatly reduce the loading rate of the following process. Moreover, the biodegradability of the wastewater from the biochemical section was effectively improved through cosubstrate mechanism. Under the optimal condition that, the mass concentration of influent COD and NH3-N were 620 and 125 mg/L respectively, the ehroma was 200 times, the removal rate of COD, NH3-N and chroma reached 84.8%, 91.5% and 90% respectively.
