妊娠糖尿病血清脂联素水平的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠中、晚期血清脂联素水平在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)及对其干预治疗后与糖耐量正常孕妇水平的不同。方法:选取36例确诊为GDM孕妇及32例糖耐量正常的孕妇于孕24~28周,取空腹血样的血清脂联素,并计算体重指数(BMI),后给予GDM孕妇干预治疗,跟踪随访所有观察对象,于围生期再次检测血清脂联素及计算BMI。结果:GDM孕妇孕中、晚期血清脂联素浓度明显低于糖耐量正常组(P<0.01);干预治疗后,血糖控制不佳的GDM孕妇较其余GDM孕妇低(P<0.05);无论GDM组还是糖耐量正常孕妇,血清脂联素水平均随妊娠发展而降低。结论:孕期低脂联素水平对GDM的发展密切相关,有效治疗GDM,有积极意义。 Objective:To study the difference of pregnancy adiponectin level between gestational diabetes meUitus(GDM) and normal glucose tolerance tests (NGT) patients.Methods:Serum adiponeetin and body mass index (BMI) were measured in 32 pregnant women of normal glucose tolerance tests and 36 gestational diabetes mellitus at 24-28 weeks of gestation and perinatal period. During this period of time, all of the patients were followed up and GDM was treated with intervention therapy.Results:Serum adiponeetin was significantly lower in GDM than in NGT (P〈0.01).Serum adiponeetin was lower in women with keeping their blood sugar at inadequate level than in the else GDM patients (P〈0.05).The level of serum adipeneetin decreased during pregnancy both GDM and NGT.Conclusion:Lower adipeneetin level of pregnancy might be associated with GDM.To control blood glucose effectually has active meaning.
