摘要
有规律的周期性波动构成了经济运行的基本特征。金融危机的爆发根源于经济的周期波动,是对严重失衡的经济结构和金融秩序的强制性调整,并推动着货币金融体系走向完善。当前金融危机的爆发是一次世界范围内的重新洗牌,必然会对国际经济格局进行改写。从这个意义上说,真正的救市不是如何救助美国的金融机构,而是如何拯救全球经济之命运。在世界经济低潮的大背景下,中国应该具有自己的理性思考和金融智慧,在国际经济秩序重构中赢得主动。
It is the basic characteristic of economic operation to regularly and cyclically fluctuate. The outbreak of financial crisis at present is a global reformulation, and it inevitably rewrites the original pattern of international economy. Chinese people should win its initiative during the process of reconstruction of international economic order through rational thoughts and wise knowledge about finance under the situation of global financial crisis.
