摘要
实验研究了不同冲角下压气机采用带切向缝隙的大转角弯曲叶片对叶栅展向负荷的影响.研究结果表明,切向缝隙射流能够有效地增加整个叶展的扩压因子,提高气流的折转能力,缝隙反弯叶片出口静压比沿展向呈现"C"形分布特点,缝隙射流控制技术与弯曲叶片技术相结合是未来高负荷扩压叶栅发展的一个研究方向.
An experimental investigation was conducted for the influence on the loading of span by 60° turning angle plane compound lean compressor cascade, which was designed with tangent air injection slots in different inflow incidences. The experimental results show that not only the diffusion factor of cascades is increased and the turning of airflow is improved effectively, but also the static pressure of outlet in negative lean cascades presents a "C" distribution from hub to shroud by tangent air injection. The integration of slots injection and compound lean blade technologies will be an investigation direction in the future.
