摘要
通过研究不同脱硫渣掺量(0、3%、5%、7%、10%、15%)的水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石的7 d、28 d无侧限抗压强度,探讨了脱硫渣掺量对材料强度的影响规律,并对比研究了粉煤灰掺量为5%、10%、15%时水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的相应龄期强度。结果显示:随着脱硫渣掺量的提高,水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石的7 d以及28 d无侧限抗压强度均呈先增加后降低的趋势,且当水泥剂量为4%时,合适脱硫渣掺量为5%左右;与水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石相比,在掺量较小时(5%以内),水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石的强度较高,而掺量较大时(大于5%),强度则显著降低。故在进行水泥脱硫渣稳定碎石配合比设计时,应严格控制脱硫渣掺量。
The cement-desulfuration residue stabilized crushed-stones are prepared with different desulfuration residue contents, which are 0,3%, 5%, 7%, 10%, 15%, and their 7 d,28 d unconfined compressive strength and the influence law of desulfuration residue contents to material strength are researched, the cement-fly ash stabilized crushed-stones, corresponding age strength which fly ash content is 5 %, 10 %, 15 % are researched. Results show that as the desulfuration residue content increases the materials, 7 d, 28 d unconfined compressive strength is increasing first then reducing and when the cement content is 4 %, the best desulfuration residue content is about 5 % ;Compared to the cement-fly ash stabilized crushed-stones, the cement-desulfuration residue stabilized crushed-stones, strength is higher when the desulfuration residue content is low ( less than 5 % ), but when the content is high (more than 5 % ), the material strength reduces rapidly. So the desulfuration residue content should be controlled strictly when determine the cement-desulfuration residue stabilized crushed-stones mix design.
