摘要
目的：分析腰椎小关节的Ｘ线造影表现，探讨其临床意义。方法：选择腰腿痛患者３５例，在Ｘ线电视监视下共施行腰椎小关节穿刺造影７３例次。结果：可清晰显示关节囊的多种形态改变，造影成功率９１．８％，未见并发症。结论：本方法可为分析小关节的病理改变，探讨其临床意义提供影像学资料，在腰腿痛的诊断中有一定临床价值。
Objective:To discuss X-ray features of arthrography on minor joints of lumbar vertebrae and their clinical significance.Methods:By monitoring of Xray TV,35 cases of lumbocrural pain were conducted with puncturearthrography for 73 times.Results:Distinct images showed various changes of joint capsule,Successful arthrography was obtained in 91.8 percent of the patients without obvious complications.Conclusion:The technique can provide image material of pathological change,and is useful in diagnosis of lumbocrural pain
