摘要
根据分布式发电的无功特点及现在SVC补偿系统的不足,利用瞬时无功理论和对称分量法,提出一种实时求取电力系统无功功率的方法。以分布式电源的无功功率为控制目标,采用P I调节产生无功补偿电流,控制SVC装置的补偿投切,有效地保证了分布式电源节点无功功率的恒定。与传统SVC控制策略相比,该方法产生无功补偿电流的时间明显缩短,使SVC能够快速地补偿系统无功功率。并利用m atlab/s im u link进行仿真,验证了其可行性。
According to the reactive characteristics of the distributed generation and the shortcomings of the compensation system for static var compensator (SVC), based on the instantanous reactive theory and symmetrical component method,a real-time method for calculating the value of reactive power of the system is presented. In response to the reactive power value ,the compensation current which is used for operations of SVC can be obtained through PI regulator. Simulation results by the matlab/simulink tools show that the proposed method is feasible and can speed up the response of compensation device greatly.
