摘要
近年来,在国家民族政策的扶持和地方政府的重视下,甘南州的教育事业,尤其是基础教育有了长足的发展。但是,与发达地区相比,在教育规模、水平和速度上仍存在很大差距,教育工作仍然面临如教育经费投入不足、教师激励机制不够健全、教师待遇落实不够、师资队伍建设不适应教育发展需求等问题。
In recent years, due to the support of ethnic policies of the state and the governments at all levels, great development in education, especially in elementary education, has been made in Gannan Prefecture. Nevertheless, compared with developed regions, there is still a big gap in terms of developing scale, level and speed in education. Problems still exist in education such as insufficient investment, imperfect stimulating system of teachers, insufficient implementation of teacher＇s pay, and failure in teaching body building to meet the needs of educational development.
