摘要
使用匹配场法分析了矩形阶跃波导中场的叠加和分裂特性,并用数值分析方法研究了场分布与传播距离的关系,模拟了TE10波由一束分裂成两束的转化过程。从而为计算相应的硬件装置做了理论准备。
The superposition and splitting characteristics of fields in a rectangular stepped waveguide are analyzed with the way of matched field.By using numerical method,the relationship between distribution of fields and the transmission distance is studied.And the process of one TE 10 wave beam splitting to two is modeled by computer.The theoretical results not only are useful for divising relevant devices but also offer preparation for further work in studying FEM system.
