摘要
针对当前经济研究中定性过多、实证不足的弊端,对经济增长方式的分类及其程度进行量化测定,并动态衡量其转变状况。从当前的宏观经济运行状态来看,我国的经济增长主要依靠投资推动和政府主导,具有粗放式、欠发展的特点。如此的经济增长方式已经不可持续,必须优化固定资产投资结构,努力提高消费比重,在经济持续平稳增长的同时,还需注重民生和谐,力求协调发展,保障经济安全,将经济增长转入可持续发展的轨道。
In view of current economic research in the qualitative excessive, inadequate evidence of shortcomings, this paper has discussed the mode of economic growth and the classifications of quantification and measurement of its dynamic change in the present situation. From the current macro-economy status, China's economic growth is mainly investment-driving and governmental, leading with the characteristics of extensive underdevelopment. So the mode of economic growth is no longer sustainable, we must optimize the structure of investment in fixed assets and strive to raise the proportion of consumption in the sustained and stable economic growth while the attention should also be focused on the people's livelihood harmony with coordinate development, and ensuring economic security. In this way, our economic growth will turn into the sustainable development track.
