摘要
西方发达国家的社会保障制度历经百余年的发展变革后日趋成熟,其明确责任、务实发展、消除两极分化、加强财政支撑、健全管理体系、鼓励慈善资金介入等成功做法值得我国在建立有中国特色的社会保障制度的过程中加以借鉴。
After more than 100- year development and reform, the social security system in western developed countries has increasingly been ripen. In the process of building the social security system with Chinese characteristics, we shall learn from their successful practices such as a clear responsibility, praoatic development, elimination of polarization, strengthening financial support, sound management system and encouraging involvement of charitable foundation.
