摘要
本文取53例人胚胎指骨切片,用组织学和组织化学方法染色。光镜观察,测量单位面积的骺软骨细胞数。7周胚第5指出现一块软骨雏形。12周已有3块软骨雏形,同时近节和中节指骨已骨化,远节指骨于13~15周开始骨化。12周已可辩骨化的四个区。在骨化区 ACP、AKP 和 PAS 反应均为阳性。胚7周软骨基质出现少量 GAG 并随胎龄增长而增加。骺软骨细胞密度随胎龄增长而下降。
This article reports observations on sections from human fetal phalanges.The sections were first stained in the histological and histochemical method and then observed with LM,and the number of cells per unit area in the epiphyseal cartilage was determined.When the fetal age is 7 weeks one cartilage in the 5th finger appears in an emb- ryonic form.During the 12th week there are in the same finger three cartiges in an embryonic form.At the same time the phalanges of the proximal and middle segments are ossified.The distal segment begins to ossify about the 13th—15th weeks.During the 12th week four ossified areas are already discernible.The reactions of ACP,AKP and PAS are all positive in the ossified areas.During the 7th week a small amount of GAG appears in the stroma of the cartilage and increases with the age of the fetus,but the density of cells in the epiphyseal cartilage de- creases with the age of the fetus.
