摘要
随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌对药物的耐药性逐渐增强.了解细菌对药物的敏感程度,对微生态制剂的研究及临床用药具有指导作用;本实验结果表明多数菌对苯唑西林、克林霉素、青霉素G等出现不敏感;某些菌对链霉素、头孢拉啶、万古霉素、阿奇霉素等出现敏感性,但某些菌对其则出现耐药或轻度耐药;10种菌对阿米卡星、氨苄西林/舒巴坦等均强的出现极高的敏感性.
With antibiotics used widely, the tolerance of drugs for bacteria has been growing stronger. For this point, it is of higher importance to know the sensibility of drugs for them and it will instruct the study and clinic application of microbe medicaments. This survey indicated that some drugs such as Oxacillin, Clindamycin, Penicillin, etc. had no restrained action to most bacterium. Some drugs such as Streptomycin, Cefradine, Vancomycin, Azithromycin, etc. had a certain restraint to some bacterium, while non - sensibility or low - sensibility to other bacterium. However, other drugs such as Amikacin, Ampicillin/Sulbactam, etc. turned out strong inhibitory effect to 10 species of bacterium.
