阐述了1000MW超超临界燃煤机组锅炉大板梁吊装方案的制定,取决于锅炉主力吊装机械选择、炉型和大板梁的设计特点,直接影响到整个工程的安全、质量和进度。着重从百万机组常用锅炉主吊机械、典型实例、吊装技术总评等三个方面进行论述。
The point is discussed that lifting technique of establishment for boiler girder of 1 000 MW Supercritical coal-fired unit should lie on boiler main force lifting machine selected, boiler-type and girder designed characteristic, which will directly affect the whole project safety, quality and schedule. This text focuses on the discussion on boiler main force lifting machine, type example and lifting technique general comment for 1 000 MW supercritical coal-fired unit.
