摘要
为准确、可靠、方便地测试比例控制系统中的关键单元—比例电磁铁的静态性能,根据比例电磁铁的结构特征及其性能特点,结合传感与控制技术,研制了比例电磁铁静态特性测试平台。以Lab-VIEW为开发环境,结合数据库技术设计了相应的测试软件,实现了比例电磁铁静态性能的自动化精准测试,并对某型号的比例电磁铁进行了具体试验与分析。研究结果表明,该测试系统操作方便安全,测试结果准确可靠,适用于常见比例电磁铁静态特性的测试。
In order to test the static performance of proportional electromagnets accurately, reliably as well as conveniently, which function as key elements in proportional control system, the platform for their static characteristics test was developed, according to their structural feature and performance characteristics with combination of sensor and control technology. Meanwhile, by integrating certain database technology, the corresponding test software was designed based on LabVIEW as its development environment. Automatic and precise test for the static performance of proportional electromagnets was realized. Practical test and analysis results of a specific proportional electromagnet indicate that, the system is safe and convenient to operate, and has advantages of accurate and reliable test results. Meanwhile, it can be suitable for static characteristics test of common proportional electromagnetic actuators.
