摘要
目前,随着社会主义新农村建设的推进,新型农村合作医疗在全国各地全面展开,文章通过对当前各地新型农村医疗保险信息管理系统中普遍存在的接口处理运行不畅的现象做了多种原因的分析,并研究设计了一套优化的接口方案,通过增加中间应用层服务,将原有系统的二层模式改变为三层模式,通过均衡处理负担来解决业务量和数据传输量大的问题,确保数据传输的正确完整性和可靠性。该方案在新农合系统改造中得到了初步应用并取得了预期的运行效果。
At present, the new rural cooperative medical care is conducting in full swing as our socialist new countryside construction is promoting. Based on the analysis of current widespread phenomenon of poor running of the new-type rural medical insurance information management systems＇ interface we researched and designed an optimized interface program. By increasing the appli- cation layer services between the original two-mode system to change the original two-mode system into three-tier model and through a balanced approach to address the burden of business volume and a large quantity of data transmission problems to ensure that the corrcct data integrity and reliability.
