摘要
糖作为运动过程中基本能源物质,其重要性不仅体现在耐力运动上,对于其他运动项目而言,合理的补糖也可提高运动成绩。对补糖对各运动项目的影响及实践中补糖的应用作一综述,以便更深入地研究糖与运动之间的关系。
